Services may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing, and accepted methods of payment include cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to forty-eight (48) hours in advance without penalty; cancellations within forty-eight hours may be subject to a fee. If weather or safety conditions prevent us from completing the service, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that proper permissions are obtained for drone operations at the requested location, including any site-specific permits or fees required by property owners, municipalities, or other authorities. Coastal Horizon Drones assumes no responsibility for securing such permissions and reserves the right to cancel or delay operations if appropriate authorization has not been obtained. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the site is safe and lawful for drone operations.

All images, video, and other creative content produced by Coastal Horizon Drones remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients are granted a license for personal or commercial use in accordance with the agreed terms. Unauthorized alteration, resale, or redistribution of our work is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Drone operations involve inherent risks and are subject to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to FAA regulations, weather, and airspace restrictions. Coastal Horizon Drones is not liable for cancellations, delays, or limitations caused by such conditions, nor are we responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website or services.
